Common use of Section Cancellation Consultation Clause in Contracts

Section Cancellation Consultation. Prior to the cancellation of any class Section that has been listed in the Class Schedule, the appropriate Administrator will consult with each affected Faculty member about the proposed cancellation and will give the reasons for the cancellation and discuss the alternatives to teaching the Section.
