Section Five. Conflicts Whenever possible, Article 12 “seniority” shall apply in resolving conflicts between similarly classified employees and competing requests for schedules. Medical requests, ADA accommodations, and employee performance shortcomings considerations are examples of agreed exceptions to the seniority rule.
