Common use of Section I Clause in Contracts

Section I. Each employee shall be granted a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes rest period in each four (4) hour period; provided, however, that no such rest period shall be taken during the first or last hour of an employee's working day nor in excess of fifteen (15) minutes without the express consent of the designated supervisor.
