Securing Offices, Rooms, and Facilities. All LGC information assets are kept in defined secure areas within the relevant buildings. These areas are secured at all times. The relevant security officer carries out irregular checks in order to ensure that security is maintained with respect to the secure areas. It is the responsibility of the Head of Facilities to ensure that such checks are made.
