Securities/Tax Reporting Notice. If Optionee holds Shares acquired under the Plan in a brokerage account with a broker or bank outside Denmark, Optionee is required to inform the Danish Tax Administration about the account. For this purpose, Optionee must file a Form V (Erklaering V) with the Danish Tax Administration. Both Optionee and the bank/broker must sign the Declaration V. By signing the Declaration V, the bank/broker undertakes an obligation, without further request each year and not later than on February 1 of the year following the calendar year to which the information relates, to forward certain information to the Danish Tax Administration concerning the content of the account. In the event that the applicable broker or bank with which the account is held does not wish to, or, pursuant to the laws of the country in question, is not allowed to assume such obligation to report, Optionee acknowledges that he or she is solely responsible for providing certain details regarding the foreign brokerage account and Xxxxxx deposited therein to the Danish Tax Administration as part of his or her annual income tax return. By signing the Form V, Optionee authorizes the Danish Tax Administration to examine the account. A sample of the Form V can be found at the following website: xxx.xxxx.xx. In addition, if Optionee opens a brokerage account (or a deposit account with a U.S. bank) for the purpose of holding cash outside Denmark, Optionee is also required to inform the Danish Tax Administration about this account. The Form K must be signed both by Optionee and by the applicable broker or bank where the account is held. Securities/Tax Reporting Notice. Effective January 1, 2019, the rules that previously obligated the Employee to inform the Danish Tax Administration about Shares held in foreign bank or brokerage accounts and deposit accounts with a foreign bank or broker were abolished and replaced by an automatic exchange of information regarding bank and brokerage accounts. However, the Employee must still report the foreign bank/broker accounts and their deposits, and Shares held in a foreign bank or broker in the Employee’s tax return under the section on foreign affairs and income. There are no country-specific provisions.

In addition, when the Employee acquires, sells, transfers or otherwise disposes of Shares, the Employee must register the transaction with the Federal Tax Administration. Argentine residents should consult with their personal tax advisor to determine their personal reporting obligations.

  • REPORTING - NOTIFICATION A. Quarterly Reports In addition to any reports required pursuant to §19 or pursuant to any exhibit, for any contract having a term longer than 3 months, Local Agency shall submit, on a quarterly basis, a written report specifying progress made for each specified performance measure and standard in this Agreement. Such progress report shall be in accordance with the procedures developed and prescribed by the State. Progress reports shall be submitted to the State not later than five (5) Business Days following the end of each calendar quarter or at such time as otherwise specified by the State.

  • Tax Reporting (1) Prepare and file on a timely basis appropriate federal and state tax returns including, without limitation, Forms 1120/8613, with any necessary schedules. (2) Prepare state income breakdowns where relevant. (3) File Form 1099 for payments to disinterested Trustees and other service providers. (4) Monitor wash sale losses. (5) Calculate eligible dividend income for corporate shareholders.

  • Foreign Asset/Account Reporting; Exchange Controls Participant’s country may have certain foreign asset and/or account reporting requirements and/or exchange controls which may affect Participant’s ability to acquire or hold shares of Stock under the Plan or cash received from participating in the Plan (including from any dividends received or sale proceeds arising from the sale of shares of Stock) in a brokerage or bank account outside Participant’s country. Participant may be required to report such accounts, assets or transactions to the tax or other authorities in his or her country. Participant also may be required to repatriate sale proceeds or other funds received as a result of Participant’s participation in the Plan to his or her country through a designated bank or broker and/or within a certain time after receipt. Participant acknowledges that it is his or her responsibility to be compliant with such regulations, and Participant should consult his or her personal legal advisor for any details.

  • Foreign Asset/Account, Exchange Control and Tax Reporting The Participant may be subject to foreign asset/account, exchange control and/or tax reporting requirements as a result of the acquisition, holding and/or transfer of shares of Common Stock or cash (including dividends and the proceeds arising from the sale of shares of Common Stock) derived from his or her participation in the Plan, to and/or from a brokerage/bank account or legal entity located outside the Participant’s country. The applicable laws of the Participant’s country may require that he or she report such accounts, assets, the balances therein, the value thereof and/or the transactions related thereto to the applicable authorities in such country. The Participant acknowledges that he or she is responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable foreign asset/account, exchange control and tax reporting requirements and should consult his or her personal legal advisor on this matter.

  • Tax reporting for grantor trusts With respect to any Trust which is a widely held fixed investment trust as defined in Treas. Reg. Section 1.671-5(b)(22), the Depositor and the Trustee agree that the Trust meets the requirements of Treas. Reg. Section 1.671-5(f)(1)(i), and the Trustee is authorized: (i) to report in accordance with any of the safe harbor methods described in Treas. Reg. Section 1.671-5(f); (ii) to report sales proceeds, whenever permitted, as provided in Treas. Reg. Section 1.671-5(f)(1)(iv)(B); (iii) to report proceeds of sales and dispositions described in Treas. Reg. Section 1.671-5(c)(2)(iv)(D)(4)(ii) as provided in Treas. Reg. Section 1.671-5(c)(2)(iv)(D)(4)(i); and (iv) to use the measuring date, as defined in Treas. Reg. Section 1.671-5(c)(2)(iv)(D)(1), in lieu of the start-up date, wherever permitted. For purposes of Treas. Reg. Section 1.671-5(f)(1)(iv)(A)(2), the date of the last deposit under 2.01(b) prior to the expiration of the initial offering period, as certified to the Trustee by the Depositor, shall be considered the 'start-up date' of the Trust.

  • Tax Reporting Information The Grantee is required to report any foreign specified property (including Shares acquired under the Plan) to the Canada Revenue Agency on Form T1135 (Foreign Income Verification Statement) if the total cost of the Grantee’s foreign specified property exceeds C$100,000 at any time in the year. The form must be filed by April 30th of the following year. Foreign specified property also includes unvested Restricted Stock Units (generally at nil cost) if the C$100,000 cost threshold is exceeded because of other foreign specified property. The Grantee should consult with his or her personal tax advisor to determine his or her reporting requirements.

  • Tax Reports The Collateral Agent shall not be responsible for the preparation or filing of any reports or returns relating to federal, state or local income taxes with respect to this Agreement, other than in respect of the Collateral Agent’s compensation or for reimbursement of expenses.

  • Informational Tax Reporting The Assuming Institution agrees to perform all obligations of the Failed Bank with respect to Federal and State income tax informational reporting related to (i) the Assets and the Liabilities Assumed, (ii) deposit accounts that were closed and loans that were paid off or collateral obtained with respect thereto prior to Bank Closing, (iii) miscellaneous payments made to vendors of the Failed Bank, and (iv) any other asset or liability of the Failed Bank, including, without limitation, loans not purchased and Deposits not assumed by the Assuming Institution, as may be required by the Receiver.
