Common use of Security / Badge Requirement Clause in Contracts

Security / Badge Requirement. Some agencies may require specific issuance of security badge prior to performance of work agreement in a restricted facility. All personnel engaged in the performance of work under this proposed agreement shall be expected to pass the screening requirements which may include an F.B.I. background investigation and finger printing. Contractor employee are made aware of his/her responsibilities regarding the privilege of access to restricted areas of certain agencies such as but not limited to Xxxx Xxxxx Airport, Youth Detention Facilities, Sheriff’s Department, and etc. 9.1 County agency/department is responsible for all costs related to security / badge requirements.
