Provide a System Warranty. Provide an unconditional (excluding acts of God and negligence of Government personnel), one-year parts and labor warranty from time of Government acceptance (i.e. successful PVT) for the new components of the entire system: mechanical equipment, ancillary components, subsystems, data transmission system, and all Contractor furnished software.
