Common use of Security Guards Clause in Contracts

Security Guards. (1) Hours of work for regular full-time Security Guards shall be scheduled so that: (a) In every seven (7) day period, security guards will work five (5) consecutive days followed by two (2) consecutive days of rest; the security guard will be placed on a full 24 hour seven day rotation of days, evenings, midnights and will be provided with a set permanent schedule of days of rest upon hire. (b) On a daily basis, employees work (8) hours inclusive of a paid meal break of one-half (½) hour.
