Security Service Investigation Sample Clauses

Security Service Investigation. A Security Service Investigation includes without limitation the following: a. Evaluation of installed equipment. b. Evaluation of the Security Service’s records, delivery processes, accounts, supporting facilities, physical location(s), monitoring station(s) and personnel, as appropriate for the Service under investigation; and c. Tests of the Security Service’s delivery process for conformity with UL Requirements. The purpose of this testing and examination is for us to determine whether or not the Security Service conforms to UL Requirements and whether or not the Security Service might be eligible to receive our Certificate of Compliance. If no prescribed Security Service delivery criteria exist for the Security Service, we may, but are under no obligation whatsoever, to develop and establish such standards and criteria as are necessary to assess the Security Service. If we choose, in our sole discretion, to formulate any such standards and/or criteria, we will do so in accordance with professional standards generally applicable to conformity assessment testing organizations. Subscriber expressly agrees that our liability for the formulation of any such standards and/or criteria will be strictly limited by the terms of any Service Agreement. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that Subscriber’s Security Service is eligible to receive our Certificate of Compliance, we will permit Subscriber to use the applicable Certificate of Compliance and request Security Service Certificates for service delivered to the Subscriber’s customers according to the terms of any Service Agreement.
