Installed Equipment definition

Installed Equipment means the equipment installed or to be installed by Access Seeker at the Co-Location Sites.
Installed Equipment means any equipment and/or systems included or installed in any Rental Unit (including all cabling, connections and hardware for the same) excluding those items listed in the definition of Rental Units below;
Installed Equipment means any antennae, routers, enhancers, monitoring units or other equipment, including but not limited to equipment forming part of the Network, which Excalibur Communications (GB) Ltd may agree to install or otherwise provide for installation by the Customer at any premises owned, occupied or controlled by the Customer. Installed Equipment excludes Additional Network Equipment; “Connection” means the connection of an end mobile user to a network or service provider such that the end user is capable of accessing and utilising the Airtime Services; “Downward Migration” means in respect of a Connection, the transfer (at the request of the Customer) from one tariff provided by the network/service provider (“the Old Tariff”) to another tariff provided by that same network/service provider (“the New Tariff”) which results in the Customer being charged a lower monthly line rental under the New Tariff than it was being charged under the Old Tariff and the phrase “Downward Migrated shall be construed accordingly; “Minimum Terms” means the minimum period of time which the Customer has agreed to maintain (a) Connections(s) under the Airtime Agreement; “Monthly Subsidy Amount” means the amount which is derived by dividing the Subsidy payable for a Connection by the number of months in the Minimum Term applicable to that Connection; and “Subsidy” means the sum payable by Excalibur Communications (GB) Ltd to the Customer as is determined by Excalibur Communications (GB) Ltd in its sole discretion, taking into consideration the number of Connections which the Customer is taking out and the applicable tariffs and the Minimum Term which the Customer is prepared to enter into.

Examples of Installed Equipment in a sentence

  • Department shall not deliver to QESP the Certificate of Acceptance of All Installed Equipment and QESP shall not be paid in full, including retainage, until after any punch list is completed and QESP has satisfied any and all claims for labor and materials, including, but not limited to, providing Lien waiver certificates.

  • The Department shall not commence the inspection of the Equipment in preparation for executing the Certificate of Acceptance of All Installed Equipment until QESP completes the training specified in Schedule V (QESP’s Training Responsibilities).

  • The QESP shall correct and/or adjust all deficiencies in systems and Equipment operations that may be observed during system commissioning procedures as specified in Schedule T (Systems Start-Up and Commissioning; Operating Parameters of Installed Equipment).

  • The QESP shall conduct thorough and systematic performance tests of each element and total system of the installed Equipment in accordance with the procedures specified in Schedule T (Systems Start-Up and Commissioning; Operating Parameters of Installed Equipment) prior to delivering to the Department the installation notification indicating that the Equipment is ready for inspection by the Department.

  • The Certificate of Acceptance of All Installed Equipment will not be unreasonably withheld by the Department.

  • Prior to Department executing the Exhibit A1, Certificate of Acceptance of All Installed Equipment, QESP shall provide Department with documentary evidence that the Equipment installed is the Equipment specified in Schedule R (Equipment to be Installed by QESP).

  • QESP shall provide the training at no charge to the Department and this training shall have no effect on the prior Certificate of Acceptance of All Installed Equipment.

  • The Contractor or Subcontractor of any tier who actually performs the Work shall be entitled to a reasonable markup of no more than ten percent (10%) on the actual costs for Direct Labor, Labor Burden, Direct Material, Supplies, Installed Equipment, and Equipment Costs, as described in this article.

  • Project acceptance shall occur upon execution by the Department of the Certificate of Acceptance of All Installed Equipment.

  • SANDAG shall give a formal response to a Notice of Potential Claim within thirty (30) days after delivery of the Notice of Potential Claim and all required supporting information.


More Definitions of Installed Equipment

Installed Equipment means any Equipment that is to be installed for the Customer by or on behalf of the Company;
Installed Equipment means equipment owned by Wam!Net used on the Winstar Network.
Installed Equipment means Authorized Equipment, including No Charge Additional Authorized Equipment, Extra Charge Additional Authorized Equipment and any Unauthorized Equipment deemed to be Authorized Equipment under Section 5.6, if any, installed on a Tower or on Land.
Installed Equipment is defined in Section 5.4(a) hereof.
Installed Equipment means any equipment in respect of which the Company provides Installation Services to the Customer;

Related to Installed Equipment

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Leased Equipment means the computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other tangible personal property leased by Seller for use in the operation or conduct of the Business.

  • Installed means attached or connected such that an item requires tools for removal.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Designated Equipment means any equipment designated in the SLA, upon which the Licensed System may be used; Documentation means operating manuals and other printed materials which assist the Customer to use the Licensed System including any technical and user software material as published by Pentana Solutions; Escalation Request is as set out in the SLA;

  • Fixtures and Equipment means, with respect to any Person, all of the furniture, fixtures, furnishings, machinery and equipment owned or leased by such Person and located in, at or upon the Assets of such Person.

  • Covered Equipment means, unless otherwise specified in a Schedule, Covered Property:

  • BT Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, owned by or licensed to BT Group that is located at a Site for the provision of a Service.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Plant and Equipment means permanent plant, equipment, machinery, apparatus, articles and things of all kinds to be provided and incorporated in the Facilities by the Contractor under the Contract (including the spare parts to be supplied by the Contractor under GCC Sub-Clause 3.3 hereof), but does not include Contractor’s Equipment.

  • Installation Works means, as the context so requires,

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Rental Equipment means tangible personal property sold, rented, leased, or licensed to customers to the extent that the item is actually used by the customer for rental, lease, or license to others; provided that:

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Purchased Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, sold by BT to the Customer.

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.

  • Property, Plant and Equipment means any item of real property, or any interest therein, buildings, improvements and machinery.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Excluded Equipment means (i) defibrillators, enhanced emergency medical kits and other medical equipment, (ii) airphones and other components or systems installed on or affixed to the Airframe that are used to provide individual telecommunications or electronic entertainment to passengers aboard the Aircraft, (iii) galley carts, beverage carts, waste containers, liquor kits, food tray carriers, ice containers, oven inserts, galley inserts, and other branded passenger convenience or service items, (iv) any items, equipment or systems leased by Company or any Permitted Lessee (other than items, equipment, or systems that are leased from Company pursuant to the applicable Lease) or owned by Company or any Permitted Lessee subject to a conditional sales agreement or a security interest (other than the security interest granted under the Indenture), and (v) cargo containers.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.
