Selection by competitive bid and qualifications. 1.1 Prior to subcontractor bid solicitation, names of potential subcontractors, for each work category, will be submitted to the Owner for approval. To ensure competitive bidding, a minimum of three bids will be solicited for each work category, whenever possible.
