Work Category definition

Work Category means the Building Cost Information Service’s highways term maintenance work category 4/HM/WC/01 to 4/HM/WC/09 assigned in Schedule 1 Conditions of Contract, Appendix 9 Contract Price Fluctuations, to any particular item in Schedule 4 Measurement, Rates & Prices, Appendix 1 – Rates and Prices, or subsequently derived that shall be used when calculating the increase or decrease in respect of Contract Price Fluctuations to amounts otherwise payable to the Operating Company in accordance with this Contract.

Examples of Work Category in a sentence

  • The Natural Resource Biologist shall meet the certification requirement of TxDOT Work Category 2.6.1, “Protected Species Determination (Habitat)” and 2.6.3, “Biological Surveys”.

  • The Water Quality Specialist shall meet the certification requirements of TxDOT Work Category 2.4.1, “Nationwide Permit” and TxDOT Work Category 2.3.1, “Wetland Delineation”.

Related to Work Category

  • Rating Category means one of the generic rating categories of any Rating Agency without regard to any refinement or gradation of such rating by a numerical modifier or otherwise.

  • Special Category Data means any personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.

  • Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.

  • Category 1 means medical education activities that have been designated as Category 1 by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), a state medical society, or an equivalent organization.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.
