Work Category means the Building Cost Information Service’s highways term maintenance work category 4/HM/WC/01 to 4/HM/WC/09 assigned in Schedule 1 Conditions of Contract, Appendix 9 Contract Price Fluctuations, to any particular item in Schedule 4 Measurement, Rates & Prices, Appendix 1Rates and Prices, or subsequently derived that shall be used when calculating the increase or decrease in respect of Contract
Work Category means the Building Cost Information Service’s highways term maintenance work category 4/HM/WC/01 to 4/HM/WC/09 assigned in Schedule 1 Conditions of Contract, Appendix 9 Contract Price Fluctuations, to any particular item in Schedule 4 Measurement, Rates & Prices, Appendix 1Rates and Prices, or subsequently derived that shall be used when calculating the increase or decrease in respect of Contract Price Fluctuations to amounts otherwise payable to the Operating Company in accordance with this Contract.
Work Category means those categories listed in Section 4 Annex 3.

Related to Work Category

  • Clinical categories means the groups into which hospital treatments are categorised by type, e.g., brain and nervous system, kidney and bladder, and digestive system. At the time of writing there were 38 categories in the Medicare clinical categories system.

  • Product Category means the applicable category which best describes the product as listed in this Section 94508.

  • eligible Category means Category (1) set forth in the table in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

  • eligible Categories means Categories (1) through (4) set forth in the table in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

  • Rating Category means one of the generic rating categories of any Rating Agency without regard to any refinement or gradation of such rating by a numerical modifier or otherwise.

  • Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.

  • Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.

  • Category 1 means medical education activities that have been designated as Category 1 by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), a state medical society, or an equivalent organization.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Contract Start Date means the date specified in your Contract for Signature as the date this Contract starts;

  • Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.
