Paraprofessionals 4.3.1 Paraprofessionals employed by the Charter School shall meet all qualification requirements imposed by applicable federal and State law, rules, and regulations.
Scope of Professional Services 3.1 On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY hereby engages CONTRACTOR to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Project/Service in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment A, as modified or clarified by Addendum(s) # , dated , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment B. It is understood that the Scope of Services may be modified by change order as the Project/Service progresses, but to be effective and binding, any such change order must be in writing, executed by the parties, and in accordance with the COUNTY’s Purchasing Policies and Procedures. A copy of these policies and procedures shall be made available to the CONTRACTOR upon request.
Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager.
Professionals For projects involving installation or construction services, the Grantee agrees that only licensed professionals will be used to perform services under this Grant Agreement where such services are called for and licensed professionals are required for those services under State law.
CONTRACTOR's Agents and Subcontractors To impose the same restrictions and conditions set forth in this Personal Information and Security Contract on any subcontractors or other agents with whom CONTRACTOR subcontracts any activities under the Agreement that involve the disclosure of DHCS PI or PII to such subcontractors or other agents.
Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager. Provision of Professional Services We will provide any Professional Services set out in a relevant Order Form in a professional and workmanlike manner, using reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry practice and any relevant SOW. Where it is necessary for Us or Our Group to visit your sites in order to perform Professional Services you shall at no cost to Us or Our Group: (a) provide reasonable access to any relevant sites at times to be agreed; (b) inform Us of health and safety, and security policies applicable at the sites; (c) ensure the sites are safe;
Cooperation with Inspector General Grantee understands its duty, pursuant to Section 20.055(5), Fla. Stat., to cooperate with Florida Housing’s Inspector General in any investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing. Grantee will comply with this duty and ensure that any contracts issued under this Agreement impose this requirement, in writing, on its subcontractors.
Other Professional Services We will provide you the various implementation-related services itemized in the Investment Summary and described in the Statement of Work.
