Selection of Recipient(s) and Amount of Award(s). The Board of Trustees shall select the recipient(s) from the committee’s recommended nominees and determine the amount of the individual awards. The Board may choose not to make an award. If questions arise about the committee’s recommendation, the Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs shall act as spokesperson for the committee.
