Selection of Recipient(s) and Amount of Award(s). The Board of Trustees shall select the recipient(s) from the committee’s recommended nominees and determine the amount of the individual awards. The Board may choose not to make an award. If questions arise about the committee’s recommendation, the Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs shall act as spokesperson for the committee.

  • METHOD OF AWARD AND PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING A SOW AGREEMENT 5.1. Contractor selection, or the determination to terminate the SOW-RFP without award, shall be done in the best interest of the State.

  • Termination for Non-Appropriation of Funds Notwithstanding any other provision of this Contract, the County shall not be obligated for the Contractor’s performance hereunder or by any provision of this Contract during any of the County’s future fiscal years unless and until the County’s Board of Supervisors appropriates funds for this Contract in the County’s Budget for each such future fiscal year. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.
