Common use of Selection Planning Clause in Contracts

Selection Planning. A plan for the selection of consultants, which shall include contract cost estimates, contract packaging, and applicable selection criteria and procedures, shall be furnished to the Bank for its review and approval. Such plan shall set forth: (a) the particular contracts for consulting services required to carry out the project during an initial period of 18 months; (b) the proposed methods for selection of consultant services; and (c) related Bank review procedures. The plan shall be updated annually or as needed throughout the execution of the Project, and each such updating shall be furnished to the Bank for its review and approval. Selection of all consultants’ services shall be undertaken in accordance with such selection plan (as updated from time to time) as shall have been approved by the Bank.

Such plan shall set forth: (a) the particular contracts for consulting services required to carry out the project during an initial period of 18 months; (b) the proposed methods for selection of consultant services; and (c) related Bank review procedures. The plan shall be updated annually or as needed throughout from time to time during the execution of the ProjectProject to reflect any delay, or other changes in the scheduling of the procurement process, which could significantly affect the timely and successful implementation of the Project contracts, and each such updating shall be furnished to the Association and the Bank for its their review and approvalagreement.
