Common use of Self-Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Self-Disclosure. The Contractor shall ensure that all persons have a responsibility to self-report within three calendar days to the Contractor any updated court disposition regarding any disqualifying offense, regardless of adjudication (adjudication withheld, a plea of guilty or nolo contendere, or a guilty verdict).
