Self-Evaluation Reports. The annual self-evaluation report is written by the probationer and submitted to the committee in the third and sixth quarters of tenure review. In the self-evaluation, the probationer should address their effectiveness in the appointment, engagement in professional growth, professional relationships with students, and cooperation within the college community. For professional technical faculty, this will include their progress on the Professional Development Plan for certification. Additionally, the self-evaluation should respond to the committee's comments where appropriate.

  • Notices Any notice, request or other document required or permitted to be given or delivered to the Holder by the Company shall be delivered in accordance with the notice provisions of the Purchase Agreement.
