Professional Relationships. The teacher:
a. participates in the development and implementation of the philosophy and practices of the school; and
b. works in co-operative ways with colleagues and the school community to promote the welfare of students.
Professional Relationships. All Bargaining Unit Members shall absolutely refrain from discriminating against any other employee, student, parent, or citizen by reason of the participation or non-participation, or the support or non-support of such person of any activity of the NDEA, MEA or NEA. Mutual professional respect among teachers and administrators will guide in-building practices subject to Board policy. As such, intimidation and harassment as defined in Board policy shall not be an acceptable practice.
Professional Relationships. 25-1 At the option of the faculty in each building, a Faculty Advisory Committee may be elected for such building.
25-2 The purpose of the Committee is to advise the building administrators in providing the best possible educational environment for such building.
25-3 The Committee may schedule such meetings, as it deems advisable after consulting with the principal to insure that the meeting contemplated is not conflicting with meetings that have already been scheduled and which require the attendance of those on the Committee.
25-4 When the Faculty Advisory Committee makes a recommendation to the principal orally or in writing, he/she shall respond to the recommendation in kind.
Professional Relationships. All evaluations shall be documented on appendices 9 or 10. In completing the evaluation report form, the evaluator shall utilize the criteria in the evaluator's guides as set forth in appendices 7-A or 7-B.

1. Working with administrators, specialists and other staff members to improve instruction in the classroom;
2. Sharing in meeting the total educational needs within the building.

Professional Relationships. The parties further acknowledge that this Agreement has been negotiated and executed with the objective of setting forth mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities. The parties further agree that in all aspects of their relationships they shall comply with all appropriate law and recognized standards of professional conduct and professional relationships. There shall be no discrimination by the Board against any officer of the Association for any legal activity in carrying out that office, nor shall the Association or any of its members encourage or conduct a strike, impose sanctions or undertake any concerted activity which shall cause a slowdown or disruption of any of the operations and activities of the school system.
Professional Relationships. West Chicago School District 33 is committed to engaging in professional relationships between and among its employees. In the event that an employee brings forth to the Administration a concern about another employee, which does not interfere with or disrupt the educational or working environment or delivery of education or educational support services, the Administration will encourage the complaining employee to attempt to resolve the concern with the other employee or refer to ETAWC President.

1. Knowledge and Scholarship in Special Field – Each certificated support person demonstrates a depth and breadth of knowledge of theory and content in the special field. He/she demonstrates an understanding of and knowledge about common school education and the educational milieu, grades K-12, and demonstrates the ability to integrate the area of specialty into the total school milieu.
