Common use of Seller Assignments Clause in Contracts

Seller Assignments. Neither this Agreement nor any of the rights, interests or obligations of any Seller Party hereunder shall be assigned, transferred or conveyed, directly or indirectly, by operation of law (including, without limitation, by merger or consolidation) or otherwise (each, a “Transfer”) by such Seller Party without the prior written consent of Purchaser.
