Common use of Seller's Inspection Clause in Contracts

Seller's Inspection. Seller shall inspect or otherwise verify that all Products, including those procured from or furnished by subcontractors or suppliers or Boeing, comply with the requirements of the Order prior to shipment to Boeing. Seller shall be responsible for all tests and inspections of the Product during receiving, manufacture and Seller's final inspection. Seller agrees to furnish copies of test and/or control data upon request from Boeing's Procurement Representative.
