Common use of Seller’s Instructors Clause in Contracts

Seller’s Instructors. If at the Buyer’s request pursuant to Clause 16.3.3, training is provided by the Seller’s instructors at any location other than the Seller’s Training Centers, the Buyer will, subject to Clause 16.6.2.5, reimburse the Seller for all the expenses, as provided below in Clauses 16.6.2.2, 16.6.2.3 and 16.6.2.4 related to the assignment of such instructors and their performance of the duties as aforesaid.

Seller’s Instructors. If at the Buyer’s request pursuant to Clause 16.3.3request, training is provided by the Seller’s instructors at any location other than the Seller’s Training Centerstraining centers, the Buyer will, subject to Clause 16.6.2.5, will reimburse the Seller for all the expensesexpenses (other than as set forth in Clause 16.3.3, as provided if applicable), defined below in Clauses 16.6.2.2, 16.6.2.3 16.6.2.3, 16.6.2.4 and 16.6.2.4 16.6.2.5 related to the assignment of such instructors and their performance of the duties as aforesaid.

If at the Buyer’s request pursuant to Clause 16.3.3or its Operator’s, as the case may be, request, training is provided by the Seller’s instructors at any location other than the Seller’s Training Centers, the Buyer will, subject to Clause 16.6.2.5, or its Operators will reimburse the Seller for all the expenses, as provided below in Clauses 16.6.2.2, 16.6.2.3 16.6.2.3, 16.6.2.4 and 16.6.2.4 16.6.2.5 related to the assignment of such instructors and their performance of the duties as aforesaid.
