Training Organization / Location. 16.3.1 The Seller will provide the training at the Airbus Training Center in Miami, Florida (the “Seller’s Training Center”) unless the particular training is not offered at the Seller’s Training Center in which case the training will be provided at an affiliated training center in the Americas or western Europe. 16.3.2 If unavailability of facilities or scheduling difficulties make training by the Seller impractical at the training centers referenced in Clause 16.3.1, the Seller will ensure that the Buyer is provided the training support described in this Clause 16 at locations other than those named in Clause 16.3.1.

Training Organization / Location. 16.3.1 The Seller will provide the training at the Airbus Training Center in Miami, Florida (the “Seller’s Training Center”), and/or at its affiliated training center in Blagnac, France (the “Affiliated Training Center”). 16.3.2 If unavailability of facilities or scheduling difficulties make training by the Seller impractical at the training centers listed in Clause 16.3.1, the Seller will ensure that the Buyer is provided such training at locations other than those named in Clause 16.3.1. 16.3.3 Upon the Buyer’s request, the Seller may also provide certain training at one of the Buyer’s bases, if and when practicable for the Seller, under terms and conditions to be mutually agreed upon. In this event, all additional charges listed in Clause 16.6.2 will be borne by the Buyer.

Training Organization / Location. 16.2.1 The Seller shall provide training at its training center in Blagnac, France, and/or in Hamburg, Germany, or shall designate an affiliated training center in Miami, U.S.A., or Beijing, China (individually a “Seller’s Training Center” and collectively the “Seller’s Training Centers”). 16.2.2 If the non-availability of facilities or scheduling difficulties makes training by the Seller impractical at any Seller’s Training Center, the Seller shall ensure that the Buyer is provided with such training at another location.

The Seller will not be liable for any delays in training due to unavailability of facilities or scheduling difficulties in Miami if an alternative training center has been proposed by the Seller and refused by the Buyer. 16.3.2 If unavailability of facilities or scheduling difficulties make training by the Seller impractical at the training center listed in Clause 16.3.1, the Seller will notify the Buyer and the parties will discuss alternative arrangements for such training support, described in this Clause 16 at other Seller affiliated training centers located in North America. 16.3.3 Upon the Buyer’s request the Seller may also provide certain training at one of the Buyer’s bases, if and when practicable for the Seller, under terms and conditions to be mutually agreed upon. In this event, all additional charges listed in Clause 16.6.2 will be borne by the Buyer.

In this event, all additional charges listed in sub-Clause 16.6.2 shall be borne by the Buyer.

In the event that the Buyer's training facilities are not equipped with devices to train for the Aircraft, or such devices are not available, the Seller will provide the training at the Airbus Training Center in Miami, Florida, and/or at its affiliated training centers in Blagnac, France, or Beijing, China. For maintenance training, the Seller shall provide training at the Buyer's hub facilities, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon. In the event that the Buyer's hub facilities are not available, training shall be provided at the Airbus Training Center in Miami, Florida, and/or at its affiliated training centers in Blagnac, France, or Beijing, China. The Buyer shall, as necessary and in due time prior to the performance of such training, provide access to the training facilities set forth in *** Confidential Treatment Requested 3.3.1 to the Seller’s and the Aviation Authority’s representatives for approval of such facilities.
