Seller’s Obligations After Contract Date. (1) The Seller must use the Property reasonably until settlement. The Seller must not do anything regarding the Property or Tenancies that may significantly alter them or result in later expense for the Buyer. (2) The Seller must promptly upon receiving any notice, proceeding or order that affects the Property or requires work on the Property, give a copy to the Buyer. (3) Without limiting clause 8.3(1), the Seller must not without the prior written consent of the Buyer, give any notice or seek or consent to any order that affects the Property or make any agreement affecting the Property that binds the Buyer to perform.
