Sending Funds Transfer. Cutoff times for Payment Orders. We have cutoff times for processing payment orders. Cutoff times vary depending on the type of payment order. If the Bank receives your domestic payment order after 1:00 PM (PT), or international payment order after 12:00 PM (PT), or on Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday, it may be processed on the next funds-transfer business day. Amending or Canceling Payment Orders. You may only amend or cancel a payment order prior to the funds transfer being sent by the Bank. If you ask the Bank do this, we may make a reasonable effort to act on your request. But we are not liable to you if, for any reason, a payment order is not amended or cancelled. You agree to reimburse the Bank for any costs, losses or damages that we incur in connection with your request to amend or cancel a payment order. Inconsistency of Name or Number. When receiving a payment order, payment may be made by the Bank, or by other banks, to which the payment order is forwarded, based solely on the account number even if the account number identifies a beneficiary different from the beneficiary named by the Originator of the payment order. Furthermore, when receiving a payment order, we may rely, and any other banks to which the payment order is forwarded may rely, on the bank identification number provided in the payment order even if the identification number identifies a bank different from the bank named by the Originator of the payment order. Sending Payment Orders. We may select any intermediary bank; funds transfer system or means of transmittal to send payment orders. Our selection may differ from that indicated in your instructions. Notice of Rejection. The Bank may reject payment orders. We notify you of any rejection electronically or orally. We are not liable to you for the rejection or obligated to pay you interest for the period before you receive timely notice of rejection. Errors or Questions about Payment Orders. The Bank will notify you about funds transfer by listing them on your account statement. In some cases, we may also notify you electronically or in writing. You must notify us at once if you think a funds transfer shown on your statement or notice is incorrect. You must send us written notice, including a statement of relevant facts, no later than 10 days after the date you receive the first notice or statement on which the problem or error appears.   • ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT The recipient/cooperator shall designate a financial institution or an authorized payment agent through which a federal payment may be made in accordance with US Treasury Regulations, Money and Finance at 00 XXX 000, which requires that federal payments are to be made by EFT to the maximum extent possible. A waiver may be requested and payments received by check by certifying in writing that one of the following situations apply:

  • Electronic Funds Transfer Upon reinstatement by Xxxxxxxx, this Security Instrument and obligations secured hereby shall remain fully effective as if no acceleration had occurred. However, this right to reinstate shall not apply in the case of acceleration under Section 18.

  • Funds Transfers With respect to each Instruction for a Cash transfer, when the Instruction is to credit or pay a party by both a name and a unique numeric or alpha-numeric identifier (e.g., IBAN or ABA or account number), BNY Mellon and any other bank participating in the Cash transfer will be entitled to rely solely on such numeric or alpha-numeric identifier, even if it identifies a party different from the party named. Such reliance on an identifier will apply to beneficiaries named in the Instruction, as well as any financial institution that is designated in the Instruction to act as an intermediary in such Cash transfer. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Parties will be bound by the rules of any transfer system used to effect a Cash transfer under this Agreement.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement If you want to reverse an electronic re-presented check, you must give us an affidavit within 15 days after we send or make available to you the periodic statement that reflects payment of that electronic re-presented check. In your affidavit, you must declare and swear under oath that the electronic re-presented check was ineligible or unauthorized. If we receive a proper notice or affidavit from you within the 15-day period, we will recredit your account with the amount of the charge. If you wish to stop payment on any electronic re-presented check, you must follow the procedures contained in this Agreement for stopping payment of checks, not the procedures for stopping payment on electronic loan or xxxx payments. If you ask us to request the depositor’s bank to send us the original paper check or a copy of the paper check, and we provide it to you, you agree that you will not seek to have your account recredited due to a prior stop payment order or if the item is otherwise ineligible for collection.

  • Request for Transfer Unless the paraeducator and both principals agree, no transfers shall be allowed during a period spanning from 14 calendar days before the first contract work day until after the 20th contract work day. A transfer will not be considered unless the paraeducator is qualified for such vacancy. All transfers shall be initiated by the receiving principal, with copies to the releasing principal or immediate supervisor and the Human Resource Services office. The principal, when making his/her decision, shall consider the following: seniority, educational qualifications, expertise and ability, prior job experience, performance evaluations, and recommendations of previous supervisors. The transfer of the paraeducator will be subject to Board approval.

  • Electronic Funds Transfers By signing the Account Card, completing and transmitting an online account card or service request, or signing or using the Visa Debit Card, or Home Banking service you agree to the following terms governing your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the electronic funds transfer services, as applicable. Terms and conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement shall also apply to your electronic funds transfer service. Electronic funds transfers ("EFTs") are electronically initiated transfers of money through direct deposits, automated teller machines ("ATMs"), point of sale transactions, debit card purchases, audio response transactions and online transactions involving your deposit accounts at the Credit Union.

  • Electronic Fund Transfer 10.1 Employees will receive their pay and any reimbursements via electronic fund transfer (payroll direct deposit). The University will provide electronic pay advices to all employees.

  • Xxxx Payment Service You can arrange, at your option, for the payment of your current, future and recurring bills from your designated Xxxx Pay Account. For Xxxx Payment Service, your Payee list may include utility companies, merchants, financial institutions, insurance companies, individuals, etc. within the United States whom you wish to pay through Xxxx Payment Service. You must include the full name of the Payee and a complete mailing address and telephone number for each Payee, along with your account number with the Payee, the amount of the Payment, and whether the Payment is recurring. The Financial Institution reserves the right to decline to make Payments to certain persons and entities. You agree that any Payment for taxes, Payments that are court-ordered, government payments and Payments outside of the United States are prohibited and you agree that you will not attempt to use the Service to make these types of Payments. On recurring Payments, it is the responsibility of you or your designated authorized users to update Payee account information as necessary to ensure receipt of payment. Payments are posted against your ledger balance, plus the available credit on your overdraft protection, if any, or other line of credit.

  • Transfer to a safe job (a) Where an employee is pregnant and, in the opinion of a registered medical practitioner, illness or risks arising out of the pregnancy or hazards connected with the work assigned to the employee make it inadvisable for the employee to continue at her present work, the employee will, if the employer deems it practicable, be transferred to a safe job at the rate and on the conditions attaching to that job until the commencement of maternity leave.

  • Automatic transfer to new card account If you are issued with a replacement card with a different card number, you will need to re-establish any recurring payment instructions you have with your respective billing organization(s) to avoid any disruption to your bill payments and/or lapses in your policies (where applicable) and we will not be liable for any loss or damages incurred by you in connection with your failure to do such update. Further, if your recurring payment instruction is with a Specified Organisation named in xxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/recurringmerchants, you agree that we may, but are not obliged to, automatically charge your bills to such replacement card.
