Senior Citizens definition

Senior Citizens means persons who are sixty-two years of age or older.
Senior Citizens means State residents who are 60 years of age or older and their spouses. Spouses of senior citizens may be less than 60 years of age.

Senior Citizens. Residence" means a building containing in any combination, two or more dwelling units, housekeeping units, or sleeping units for the accommodation, on a non-profit basis of elderly persons, which is wholly owned or operated by a government agency, or by a non-profit corporation.
Senior Citizens. Housing" shall mean any home for Senior Citizens sponsored and administered by any public agency or any service club, church or other non- profit organization, either of which obtains its financing from Federal, Provincial or Municipal Governments or agencies, or by public subscription or donation, or by any combination thereof, and such homes shall include auxiliary uses such as club and lounge facilities, usually associated with Senior Citizens development.
