Common use of Senior Management Meetings Clause in Contracts

Senior Management Meetings. Senior Management Meetings shall be conducted at [****] intervals between the Contractor and XM senior management to discuss the Contractor's progress and related matters. The venue of these meetings shall normally be the Contractor's facilities. The ASPO Program Manager and the PMO Program Manager may jointly prepare the presentation for this meeting based on the agenda identified by the senior management staffs of both organizations.
