12.09 An employee shall be considered laid-off when the employee begins a second consecutive week of reduced hours (less than 20 hours) and shall be re-assigned according to the lay-off and recall procedure as outlined in 12.05.
12.10 Working Foremen who do not perform to the standard expected by the Employer may have the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ rate removed. The Employer prior to removing the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ rate will discuss with the employee the aspects that concern the Employer. The employee demoted in this circumstance will be provided with thirty (30) days’ notice of such change or compensation in lieu.
