Seniority for ESP Employees. Definition of seniority: Seniority shall be defined as the length of continuous service within the specific classifications of the District. Accumulation of seniority shall begin from the Employee's first day of work performance. With respect to bus drivers, their seniority shall be calculated from their first day of continuous employment with the previous Xxxx 30-C bus contractor and Xxxx District 30-C and their first day of work performance with proper licensing (CDL+P). In the event that more than one individual Employee has the same starting date of work, position on the seniority list shall be determined by the Administration.
