Seniority Rule. Exception XI.E.1. In those instances in which employees in the Bargaining Unit generate additional work through their own initiative, (e.g. recruit new student groups into courses or technologies; develop new technologies; develop courses or workshops that students takes beyond their normal curricular requirements; etc.) then such employees, if qualified, shall be offered such work, whether as part of their normal work load or as a supplemental contract, before such work is offered to any other qualified employee.
