Seniority Units - Auxiliary Layoff and Recall. (1) Should it become necessary to amend Seniority Units as a result of operational or organizational changes, the matter shall be referred to the Joint Union/Management Committee for consideration and recommendation to the bargaining Principals. (2) Prior to such matters being referred to the Joint Committee, written notification shall be provided to the bargaining Principals.
