SEPARABILITY AND SAVINGS CLAUSE. This Agreement is the entire understanding between the parties and in the event that any paragraph hereof shall be declared unconstitutional, or contrary to prevailing law, it is the intent of the parties to allow the balance of the contract to survive as is, and to adhere to the terms and conditions of the contract as if the offending paragraph were not a part of this contract and the balance of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
