Separate reimbursement Sample Clauses
The Separate Reimbursement clause establishes that certain costs or expenses will be paid independently from other payments under the agreement. In practice, this means that specific items—such as travel expenses, materials, or third-party fees—are not included in the main service fee and must be invoiced and reimbursed separately by the paying party. This clause ensures that the party providing services is not financially responsible for out-of-pocket costs incurred while performing their obligations, thereby allocating financial responsibility clearly and preventing disputes over what is included in the main compensation.
Separate reimbursement. If any clause of this contract expressly provides that the cost of performance of an obligation shall be at Government expense, that expense shall not be included in any target price or in the total final price, but shall be reimbursed separately.
Separate reimbursement. (1) No adjustment shall be made in the Target Cost(s), Target Profit(s), Target Price(s) or Ceiling Price(s) on account of upwards or downwards adjustments in compensation made in accordance with paragraph (e) of this requirement, and hence said adjustments will be paid separately N00024-95-C-2106 SCHEDULE and are outside the incentive price revision formula provided for in the clause hereof entitled "INCENTIVE PRICE REVISION--FIRM TARGET (FI) (APR 1984) (DEVIATION - 16 NOV 1992) (NAVSEA 5252.216-9127)" (FAR 52.216-16).
(2) The amount currently obligated for payment of compensation adjustments is set forth in the financial accounting data sheet(s). This amount may be unilaterally adjusted upward or downward by the Government at any time during the pendency of the contract. Nothing in the preceding two sentences shall be construed as relieving the Government from any obligations to reimburse the Contractor for compensation adjustments as set forth in this requirement.
