Common use of Sequential Bidding Clause in Contracts

Sequential Bidding. Contractor acknowledges and agrees the Work will be bid sequentially and that some portions of the Work will require that bids be received before design of the overall Project or applicable phase is complete. Nevertheless, Contractor will cooperate with and assist Owner Parties to secure competitive bids for the Work and recommend the order and sequencing of Work and of phases to accomplish the most efficient and economical delivery of the Project.
