SERS Board “Pick-up. SERS Board “Pick-up” shall be maintained. This procedure will be of no cost to the Board and is solely for the purpose of reducing current tax for members of the bargaining unit and will remain in effect so long as Revenue Ruling No. 77642 remains substantially unchanged. Employees are individually responsible for reviewing the relationship between this Article and their other tax deferral arrangements, if any.
