Server Condition Sample Clauses
A Server Condition clause defines specific requirements or standards that a server must meet for a contract or agreement to remain valid or for certain obligations to be triggered. Typically, this clause outlines technical specifications, performance benchmarks, or operational criteria that the server must satisfy, such as uptime guarantees, security protocols, or hardware capabilities. By clearly establishing these conditions, the clause ensures that both parties understand the expectations for server performance and provides a basis for recourse if the server fails to meet the agreed standards, thereby allocating risk and promoting reliability in service delivery.
