Mobile Technology Sample Clauses

Mobile Technology. If the Company requests that the Servicer (i) participate in any mobile payment initiative or (ii) enable utilization of alternative methods or devices for accessing Accounts, including mobile phones or tablets, then, the Servicer shall review and communicate with the Company with respect to participation in such initiative and/or implementation of such alternative access methods, in each case to the extent requested by the Company. If the Servicer agrees to such participation or implementation, unless otherwise agreed, it shall (****). For purposes of clarity, the Parties understand that (****). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties acknowledge that Cardholders may be able to elect to have their Company Credit Cards participate in a mobile payments initiative, without the consent of the Company or the Servicer if it is technologically feasible without changes to the Services or Servicer Systems. Subject to the foregoing provisions of this Section 2.12(c), nothing in this Agreement shall require the Company to participate in, or restrict the Company from participating in, any mobile payments initiative, which shall be in the Company’s sole discretion; provided that any such decision to participate in or not participate in such initiative (****).
Mobile TechnologyThe parties’ agreement concerning mobile technology is set forth in Schedule 2.6.
Mobile Technology. (a) Subject to Section 3.4 and Section 3.5, in the event Company shall determine it would be beneficial for the Credit Cards to participate in one or more mobile payments initiatives used in Company Channels, whether operated by Bank, Company or third parties, Bank shall use commercially reasonable efforts to facilitate the participation of the Credit Cards in such mobile payments initiatives. (b) Subject to Section 3.4 and Section 3.5, Company and Bank shall mutually determine whether and on what terms (including with respect to costs and expenses) the Co-Branded Credit Cards shall participate in one or more mobile payments initiatives, whether operated by Bank, Company or third parties, when used outside of Company Channels. Any proposal by a party to have the Co-Branded Credit Cards participate in a mobile payments initiative shall be considered by the other party in good faith and such party’s consent shall not be unreasonably conditioned, withheld or delayed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties acknowledge that Cardholders may be able to elect to have their Credit Cards participate in a mobile payments initiative without Company’s or Bank’s consent. (c) Subject to the foregoing provisions of this Section 2.6, nothing in this Agreement shall require or restrict the participation of Company Channels in any mobile payments initiative, which shall be in Company’s sole discretion.

Mobile TechnologyThe District may provide employees with mobile devices to promote learning inside and outside the classroom. The same responsible use policies apply, and the same care and caution is expected. Personally owned devices, including but not limited to laptops, tablets, smartphones, and cellphones, are to be used as approved by district policies and school site guidelines. Due to security concerns, personally owned devices will not be connected to the wired, structured network without permission from the Director of Information Services and Technology. Any violation may result in the loss of the employee’s privilege to bring a personally owned device to school and will be subject to personnel policy. Personally owned mobile devices will be encouraged for teaching, learning and educationally-related communications.
Mobile Technology. The GRC Maximo system is located within the Center’s firewall and is accessible only with a NDC domain account. Although GRC has wireless IT capability throughout the Xxxxx Field Campus, mobile technology is currently not being utilized to support the functions required under this SOW.
Mobile Technology. (a) In the event any Macy’s Company shall determine it would be beneficial for the Macy’s Credit Cards to participate in one or more mobile payments initiatives, whether operated by Bank, a Macy’s Company or a third party, Bank shall use commercially reasonable efforts to facilitate the participation of the Macy’s Credit Cards in such mobile payments initiatives; provided that Bank shall have the right to approve any elements of such mobile payments initiatives that will impose costs and expenses on Bank that would not be reimbursed through the Bank Servicing Charge. (b) Nothing in this Agreement shall require or restrict the participation of Macy’s Channels in any mobile payments initiative, which shall be in Macy’s sole discretion subject to the provisions of Section 2.5(a). (c) Bank and the Macy’s Companies intend to be innovative and market‑leading with respect to mobile capabilities used to access Accounts, including mobile computers, tablets and smartphones. Upon request by Macy’s, Bank shall provide such commercially reasonable cooperation to the Macy’s Companies (including by making available necessary Bank Credit Platform interfaces and functionality and Cardholder Data) as is necessary to facilitate Macy’s efforts to enable such requested mobile capabilities, in each case to the extent such mobile capabilities are available for use in either (i) any of the other Retail Services Credit Card Programs or (ii) a majority of the Peer Group Programs. Bank shall inform Macy’s (upon Macy’s request) regarding the availability of any particular capability to the Retail Services Credit Card Programs. For purposes of clarity, the Parties understand that Bank shall not enable any modifications to the methods or devices used to access Accounts, unless it first obtains Macy’s consent. (d) Without limiting the foregoing, upon request of the Macy’s Companies, Bank shall expeditiously take all reasonable actions, subject to reasonable cooperation from the Macy’s Companies to the extent necessary, to enable the mobile capabilities referenced in Schedule 2.5(d) on the timeframe set forth therein.
Mobile TechnologyMobile phones must not be used during lessons or formal school time unless under the direct supervision of a member of staff or with the permission of a member of staff. The sending of abusive or inappropriate text messages and the taking of photographs / videos are forbidden. Instances of cyberbullying are logged and dealt with in accordance with the school’s Anti Bullying Policy. In the Sixth Form, email is likely to become a key means of communication between staff and students. Any essential emails, such as those sent to hand in work, should always be politely written. You must not send inappropriate messages or images. You should not open e-mail attachments unless you know the sender and you are expecting the attachment and report anything suspicious to the IT Support Team or your teacher. You must not forward chain letters or spam emails. You must immediately tell either a member of the IT Support Team, Head of Year or your teacher if you receive an offensive e-mail. You should not reveal your personal details or those of others, or arrange to meet anyone without specific permission.
Mobile TechnologyVendor shall develop a system architecture and plan for the deployment of mobile technology and integration of that mobile technology with the Tririga Software, including maintaining mobile operations during disaster recovery. Vendor shall also develop a plan for implementation of a mobility pilot during the Implementation Phase of the Project. This plan will also address alternative means of supporting mobile computing needs through various types of mobile devices. In cooperation with Board staff, the Vendor will assist in and make recommendations on the District’s choice of a preferred combination of mobile devices.
Mobile Technology. If you are accessing our site electronically through a mobile device, such as a tablet, smartphone or similar device, you must be able to print and save the transmitted Communications. You can find apps that support printing and saving for most mobile devices through your mobile device’s app store. If your mobile device does not have this functionality, you must access our website through alternate means that provide you with the ability to print and save the Communications. Withdrawing Consent. You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by contacting us in the manner described in the “CONTACTING US” section below. If you withdraw your consent, from that time forward any pending applications, listings or bids will automatically terminate and be removed from the Prosper platform. The withdrawal of your consent will not affect the legal validity and enforceability of any financial obligations obtained through the Prosper platform, or any electronic Communications provided or business transacted between us prior to the time you withdraw your consent. With respect to financial obligations on which you are a borrower or investor, we will send you any further Communications by mail or other non- electronic means. Please note that withdrawal of your consent will not apply to your co- borrower.
