Common use of Service Award Payments Clause in Contracts

Service Award Payments. At least fourteen (14) days before the Opt-Out and Objection Deadlines, Class Counsel will file a Fee Application that will include a request for Service Award Payments for the Settlement Class Representatives in recognition for their contributions to the Actions not to exceed $1,000.00 per Settlement Class Representative. The Settlement Administrator shall make the Service Award Payments to the Settlement Class Representatives from the Settlement Fund. Such Service Award Payment shall be paid by the Settlement Administrator, in the amount approved by the Court, no later than ten (10) days after the Effective Date.

Such Service Award Payment shall will be paid by the Settlement AdministratorAdministrator or directly by Newcourse on behalf of the Defendants, in the amount approved by the Court, no later than ten (10) within 30 days after the Effective Date.
