Common use of Service Award Payments Clause in Contracts

Service Award Payments. At least fourteen (14) days before the Opt-Out and Objection Deadlines, Class Counsel will file a Fee Application that will include a request for Service Award payments for the Settlement Class Representatives in recognition for their contributions to this Action not to exceed $5,000 per Plaintiff ($10,000 total). The Settlement Administrator shall make the Service Award payments to the Settlement Class Representatives from the Settlement Fund. Such Service Award payments shall be paid by the Settlement Administrator, in the amount approved by the Court, no later than twenty (20) days after the Effective Date.

Such Service Award payments shall be paid by the Settlement Administrator, in the amount approved by the Court, no later than twenty forty-five (2045) days after the Effective Date.
