Service Delivery Requirements. 3.1 The Service Provider shall deliver a service that meets the following minimum service delivery requirements: Service Availability Target at each site: Operating at, or within, the Upper and Lower Failure Thresholds for 99.8% of the time. Excluding any Non-Ranking Events as specified in Section 8. Availability measured over: Each quarterly calendar period Upper Failure Threshold: > Normal Operating Antenna Gain Gain + 1dB Lower Failure Threshold: < Normal Operating Antenna Gain Gain - 3dB On Sites where the Client does not combine into the Service Provider’s Broadcast antenna system the only measurable Availability Target will relate to Electrical Power.
