Service Delivery Requirements. A. The Agency shall provide a minimum of 1,000 hours of Full School Day ECEAP Services according to the following schedule: 1. Thirty-six weeks of program services to 67 children during the 2015-2016 program year; and 2. Twelve and one-half hours of direct classroom service per week with four child-contact days per week during the program year. B. The Agency shall promote the active participation of parents of enrolled children in all phases of ECEAP. C. For each child, the Agency shall provide the following during the program year: 1. A minimum of three hours of Family Support contact with the child’s family per year, to include three face-to-face visits; 2. A minimum of three hours of focused educational contact, to include at least one home visit and two parent-teacher conferences per program year; and
