Common use of Service Distinctions Clause in Contracts

Service Distinctions. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Services do not constitute or include Traditional Telephone Services. Important distinctions exist between Traditional Telephone Services and the Services. The Services are subject to different regulatory treatment from Traditional Telephone Services. This treatment may limit or otherwise affect Customer’s rights of redress before federal, state or local telecommunications regulatory authorities.
