Service Equipment and Personnel. The LESSOR agrees to provide appropriate custodial services prior to the LESSEE arrival and after the LESSEE departure. LESSOR will insure all lights, door handles, sound equipment, scoreboard equipment, air conditioning appliances, are in proper working order by TIME on Game Day. If repairs need to be made, all attempts to correct prior to the start of the game will be made by LESSOR. If repairs cannot be made, adequate notification to LESSEE will be provided by LESSOR. Xxxxxxx Youth Track & Field Meets ATHLETICS FACILITY SCHEDULING AGREEMENT _ A Game-Day Manager will be assigned by LESSOR each Game Day to act as a point of contact for the LESSEE. The Game-Day Manager will greet LESSEE upon arrival to the location each week and provide assistance during set-up, the duration of the game, and remain on-site until LESSEE vacates the location. Savannah State Police Department will provide a security plan to LESSEE a minimum of 3 days prior to Game Day. Savannah State Police Department will provide a list of security personnel present at the game a minimum of 2 business days following the game. Facility/Track Rental - April 17 & 26, 2023 $410.00 per meet 8 hours/2 days $820.00 Game Day Facility Manager $ 150.00 per day 2 days $300.00 Total Cost $2,000.00 Total Due $2,000.00 The cancellation of any event must be made, in writing, a minimum of three (3) business days before the scheduled event. If the event is cancelled less than seven (7) days, but more than three (3) business days prior to the event, a fee of 75% of the total estimated services will be charged. Any event cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the event will incur 100% of the estimated charges.

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.
