Common use of Service Levels; Key Performance Indicators Clause in Contracts

Service Levels; Key Performance Indicators. XIFIN warrants that for so long as Client is obtaining outsourced Services from XIFIN (as such are described in Exhibit C of this Agreement), the Services will be performed, in all material respects, in accordance with the Service Levels set forth in Schedule 3. XIFIN will use commercially reasonable efforts to achieve equivalent results as the Key Performance Indicators as set forth in Schedule 3.
