Common use of Service Levels Clause in Contracts

Service Levels. (a) Service Levels are based on Deswik's reasonable assessment of the standards which are able to be achieved but are indicative and non-binding targets only. (b) Deswik shall use its reasonable endeavors to complete the Services within the timeframe estimated and will notify the Customer as soon as reasonably possible upon becoming aware of any matter that may delay the indicated time for completion.
