Common use of Service Limits Clause in Contracts

Service Limits. The Provider shall provide services to youth who meet the eligibility criteria contained in this Contract. The Provider shall not be reimbursed for services rendered outside the terms of this Contract. The goal of these prevention services is to divert youth that pose no real threat to public safety away from the juvenile justice system through programming that will provide a safe environment and provide youth and their families’ positive alternatives for delinquent behavior.
