Service of Notices or Responses. Whenever a written notice or a written response is required to be given under the terms of this Agreement, such notice or response shall be made by personal service or service by certified mail. When service is by certified mail, it shall be deemed complete upon mailing. When a written notice or a written response is to be sent to an ASF Member, it shall be sufficient service if mailed to the last known home address of the ASF Member contained in the official personnel file. Personal service shall be deemed complete when the notice or response is handed to or receipted by the party to whom directed.
