Service Outside of the School Calendar. Where a teacher not in receipt of an allowance under the Collective Agreement is directed in writing by the superintendent or designate to provide service to the Employer which is outside of the school calendar established by the Employer, that teacher shall be compensated at a rate of 1/200th of the teacher’s annual salary for each full day of service or 1/400th of the teacher’s annual salary where the service provided each day is for four (4) hours or less.
