Service Plan. 2.1 The Customer shall use the following applicable Service Plan and services during the Term: a) the Service Plan specified in the Sales and Services Agreement or a service plan with monthly fee above the Service Plan amount specified in the Sales and Agreement (not applicable to SIM Only service plan & SuperCare Unbundled Smartphone Plan); and any of the services (“Selected Services”) specified in the Company’s web site “Terms and Conditions” relating to this offer and the aggregate monthly fee (after deduction of any rebate) of such Selected Services is equal to or above the amount specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (if applicable); or b) A Service Plan within the “iPhone SuperCare Smartphone Plans” (applicable to upgrade to a higher monthly fee during the Term) as specified in the Company’s web site “Terms and Conditions” relating to this plan group. 2.2 Service Plan with specified data usage 2.2.1 Whenever the local data usage of the Customer under the relevant Service Plan nearly reaches the specified local data usage (“Specified Data Usage”) the Company will notify the Customer by SMS. The Customer may by return SMS purchase a top-up at the charge as specified in the SMS received (“Top Up”). If the Customer does not wish to purchase the Top Up, local data service under the relevant Service Plan will be automatically suspended when the data usage has reached the Specified Data Usage. The Customer may purchase the Top Up at that time or wait until the beginning of the next bill month for the new Specified Data Usage allowance under the relevant Service Plan. Any unused top-up local mobile data can be carried forward for free and can be used before the end of the next bill month. This is only applicable to designated service plans (1GB or above) with an “Advise & Consent” mechanism for the purchase of top-up data. 2.2.2 Where the Customer has registered more than one Service Plan in an Account, the Company will notify Customer's primary service number (i.e. the first registered service number) by SMS whenever a Top Up is confirmed. 2.3 Applicable to Customer who stacks a new iPhone Contract: 2.3.1 Under Term (i.e. outstanding months under unexpired Previous Contract Term + iPhone Contract Term), the monthly fee and entitlement of new iPhone Contract takes effect immediately and will apply until the expiration of the new iPhone Contract. 2.3.2 If Customer has an existing contract of FUP Unlimited Data Plan stacks a new iPhone Contract, Customer is required to sign a new contract for FUP Unlimited Data Plan. The monthly fee of new FUP Unlimited Data Plan specified in the Sales and Services Agreement takes effect simultaneously when the new iPhone Contract commences and will apply until the expiration of the Term. 2.3.3 (If applicable) If the Customer has a Multi-SIM Plan under an unexpired Previous Contract Term stacks a new iPhone Contract, the monthly fee and service entitlement under the unexpired Previous Contract Term will be superseded and replaced by the monthly fee and service entitlement of the prevailing Multi-SIM Plan at the time of the stacking of the new iPhone Contract (“New Multi-SIM Plan”). The New Multi-SIM Plan shall take effect simultaneously when the new iPhone Contract commences and will apply until the expiration of the Previous Contract Term of the Multi-SIM Plan. 2.4 This Service Plan is charged on a monthly basis. The monthly charges for the first month will be charged on a pro-rata basis from the service effective date to the first bill date. The monthly charges are payable in advance and non-refundable under whatever circumstances. 2.5 This Service Plan is not applicable to 2G phones / connected devices or any phones / connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network. The Customer may by return SMS purchase a top-up of 200MB at the charge as specified in the SMS received $40 for service plan with below 6GB data usage or 1GB at $100 for service plan with 6GB or above data usage (“Top Up”)) for usage of data for the remaining period of that month. If the Customer does not wish to purchase the Top Up, local data service under the relevant Service Plan will be automatically suspended when the Customer’s data usage has reached reaches the Specified Data Usage. The Customer may purchase the Top Up at that time or wait until the beginning of the next monthly bill month for the new Specified Data Usage allowance under the relevant Service Plan. 2.2.1 Whenever : The Customer with the registered mobile number of the Specified Service Plan (“User of Registered Number”) can authorise all other mobile numbers under the same plan to purchase an additional local data usage (“Top Up”). Whenever the accumulated local usage of the Customer all SIM cards under the relevant Specified Service Plan nearly reaches the specified local data usage (“Specified Data Usage”) the Company will notify send an SMS notification to the Customer by SMSUser of Registered Number, and other plan users who are authorized to purchase a Top Up. The Customer Users may by return SMS purchase a top-up Top Up at the charge as specified in the SMS received. 2.3 Applicable to Customer who stacks a new iPhone Contract:
2.3.1 Under Term (i.e. outstanding months under unexpired Previous Contract Term + iPhone Contract Term), the monthly fee and entitlement of new iPhone Contract takes effect immediately and will apply until the expiration of the new iPhone Contract.
2.3.2 If Customer has an existing contract of FUP Unlimited Data Plan stacks a new iPhone Contract, Customer is required to sign a new contract for FUP Unlimited Data Plan. The monthly fee of new FUP Unlimited Data Plan specified in the Sales and Services Agreement takes effect simultaneously when the new iPhone Contract commences and will apply until the expiration of the Term.
2.3.3 (If applicable) If the Customer has a Multi-SIM Plan under an unexpired Previous Contract Term stacks a new iPhone Contract, the monthly fee and service entitlement under the unexpired Previous Contract Term will be superseded and replaced by the monthly fee and service entitlement of the prevailing Multi-SIM Plan at the time of the stacking of the new iPhone Contract (“New Multi-SIM Plan”). The New Multi-SIM Plan shall take effect simultaneously when the new iPhone Contract commences and will apply until the expiration of the Previous Contract Term of the Multi-SIM Plan.
2.4 This Service Plan is charged on a monthly basis. The monthly charges for the first month will be charged on a pro-rata basis from the service effective date to the first bill date. The monthly charges are payable in advance and non-refundable under whatever circumstances.

However, if customers opt for FUP unlimited data, in addition chargeable to the above conditions, Customer on the plan will also not applicable to other connected devices (including but not limited to USB modem / pocket wi-fi / TV box)expiry date of the Term.
2.6 2.4 Service Plan with specified data usage
2.4.1 Whenever the data usage of the Customer under the relevant Service Plan nearly reaches the specified local data usage (“Specified Data Usage”) the Company will notify the Customer by SMS of his data consumption. The Customer may by return SMS purchase a top-up of 200MB at $40 for service plan with below 6GB data usage or 1GB at $100 for service plan with 6GB or above data usage (“Top Up”) for usage of data for the remaining period of that month. If the Customer does not wish to purchase the Top Up, local data service under the relevant Service Plan will be automatically suspended when the Customer’s data usage reaches the Specified Data Usage. Customer may purchase the Top Up at that time or wait until the beginning of the next monthly bill for the new Specified Data Usage allowance under the relevant Service Plan.

2.4.2 Whenever the accumulated local usage of the Customer all SIM cards under the relevant Specified 5G Service Plan nearly reaches the specified local data usage (“Specified Data Usage”) the Company will notify send an SMS notification to the Customer by SMSUser of Registered Number, and other plan users who are authorized to purchase a Top Up. The Customer Users may by return SMS purchase a top-up Top Up at the charge as specified in the SMS received. The Company will treat the first SMS reply received (“as purchase confirmation and the Top Up”)Up local data purchased will be shared between all SIM cards under the Specified Service Plan. 2.3.1 The Customer who stacks a new iPhone Contract:

2.3.2 If To use the data roaming service when travelling, the Customer has an existing contract of FUP Unlimited Data Plan stacks a new iPhone Contract, should turn on data roaming via 'Settings' on his/her phone.
2.4 When the Customer is required within the location of any of the overseas destinations which cover by ExtraCare Bay Area Plan and if the Customer’s accumulated data usage exceeds monthly data allowance and top-up data purchased (if applicable) under This Service Plan, the daily thereafter roaming data usage will be charged by Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the Customer.
2.5 When the Customer is travelling to sign a new contract destinations outside This Service Plan coverage, the daily roaming data usage will be charged by Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer.

The Customer main SIM subscriber may return by return SMS purchase a top-up of 1GB at the charge as specified in the SMS received $100 (“Top Up”)) for usage of data for the remaining period of that month. If the Customer does not wish to purchase the Top Up, local data service under the relevant Service Plan will be automatically suspended when the Customer’s data usage has reached reaches the Specified Data Usage. The Customer may purchase the Top Up at that time or wait until the beginning of the next monthly bill month for the new Specified Data Usage allowance under the relevant Service Plan. Any unused top-up local mobile data can be carried forward for free and can be used before the end of the next bill month. This is only applicable to designated service plans (1GB or above) with an “Advise & Consent” mechanism for the purchase of top-up data.
2.2.2 Where the Customer has registered more than one Service Plan in an Account, the Company will notify Customer's primary service number (i.e. the first registered service number) by SMS whenever a Top Up is confirmed.
2.3 Applicable to Customer who stacks a new iPhone Contract:
2.3.1 Under Term (i.e. outstanding months All local data & voice usage under unexpired Previous Contract Term + iPhone Contract Term), the monthly fee relevant Service Plan will be shared between the SIM and entitlement of new iPhone Contract takes effect immediately and will apply until the expiration of the new iPhone Contractall secondary XXXx.
2.3.2 If Customer has an existing contract of FUP Unlimited Data Plan stacks a new iPhone Contract, Customer is required to sign a new contract for FUP Unlimited Data Plan. The monthly fee of new FUP Unlimited Data Plan specified in the Sales and Services Agreement takes effect simultaneously when the new iPhone Contract commences and will apply until the expiration of the Term.
2.3.3 (If applicable) 2.4 If the Customer has service number under the Specified Service Plan is terminated/ disconnected or changes to a non-specified service plan for whatever reason, all secondary XXXx will be terminated automatically at the same time.
2.5 Service Plan is not applicable to unlimited data with Fair Usage Policy and Multi-SIM Plan under an unexpired Previous Contract Term stacks a new iPhone Contract, the monthly fee and service entitlement under the unexpired Previous Contract Term will be superseded and replaced by the monthly fee and service entitlement of the prevailing Multi-SIM Plan at the time of the stacking of the new iPhone Contract (“New Multi-SIM Plan”). The New Multi-SIM Plan shall take effect simultaneously when the new iPhone Contract commences and will apply until the expiration of the Previous Contract Term of the Multi-SIM Monthly Plan.
2.4 This Service Plan is charged on a monthly basis. The monthly charges for the first month will be charged on a pro-rata basis from the service effective date to the first bill date. The monthly charges are payable in advance and non-refundable under whatever circumstances.

2.10 Non-Credit Card Autopay Prepayment (if applicable)
2.10.1 For Customer who does not settle his monthly payment by credit card autopay, a prepayment of $3,000 is required. Refund of the prepayment will be credited to the Customer during the Term.
2.10.2 If the Customer changes back to credit card autopay before the expiry of the Term, the Company shall not refund all the remaining prepayment at once. Instead refund of the remaining prepayment will be credited to the Customer during the remaining period of the Term.
2.10.3 The Company shall charge $3,000 Non-Credit Card Autopay Prepayment or pro-rata thereof according to the remaining period of the Term upon the occurrence of any of the following events before the expiry of the Term (For designated iPhone model):
a) if the Customer cancels credit card autopay; or
b) if the autopay can not be processed via the credit card provided by the Customer and the Customer is not able to provide other credit card for autopay.
2.11 3rd party Credit Card Autopay Prepayment (if applicable)
2.11.1 For Customer who uses a 3rd party credit card to settle his monthly payment by credit card autopay, a prepayment of $1,200 is required. Refund of the prepayment will be credited to the Customer during the Term.
2.11.2 If the Customer changes back to his or her own credit card autopay before the expiry of the Term, the Company shall not refund all the remaining prepayment at once. Instead refund of the remaining prepayment will be credited to the Customer during the remaining period of the Term.
2.11.3 The Company shall charge $3,000 Non-Credit Card Autopay Prepayment or pro-rata thereof according to the remaining period of the Term upon the occurrence of any of the following events before the expiry of the Term (For designated iPhone model):

2.6.1 Term WiFi Service monthly fee $60 *Quotas of Customer is required to register for WiFi service
2.7 If the Customer does not notify the Company of termination of the WiFi services specified above prior to the expiry of Smartphone & Tablet Offer during the Term,
2.6.2 The new quota during the Company shall automatically charge Additional Contract Term will be available when the Additional Contract Term start.
2.6.3 Unused quotas of Customer for the free services specified above at the prevailing monthly fee Smartphone & Tablet Offer will be forfeited after the expiry end of the Term.
2.8 The Customer shall use Credit Card auto pay to settle monthly fee during the Term. If the Customer does not settle his monthly payment by credit card autopay or uses a 3rd party credit card for payment, a prepayment is required (if applicable).

2.2 If the Customer subscribes to a FUP Unlimited Data Plan, the monthly fee of FUP Unlimited Data Plan will be automatically adjusted to the prevailing monthly fee on the next bill date after the expiry of the Previous Contract Term (if applicable).
2.3 Applicable to the Service Plan with specified data usage
2.2.1 2.3.1 Whenever the local data usage of the Customer under the relevant Specified Service Plan nearly reaches the specified local data usage (“Specified Data Usage”) the Company will notify the Customer by SMS. The Customer may by return SMS purchase a top-up at the charge as specified in the SMS received (“Top Up”). If the Customer does not wish to purchase the Top Up, local data service under the relevant Specified Service Plan will be automatically suspended when the data usage has reached the Specified Data Usage. The Customer may purchase the Top Up at that time or wait until the beginning of the next bill month for the new Specified Data Usage allowance under the relevant Service Plan. Any unused top-up local mobile data can be carried forward for free and can be used before the end of the next bill month. This is only applicable to designated service plans (1GB or above) with an “Advise & Consent” mechanism for the purchase of top-up data.

2.3 Applicable to Customer who stacks a new iPhone Contract:
2.3.1 Under Term (i.e. outstanding months under unexpired Previous Contract Term + iPhone Contract Term), the monthly fee and entitlement of new iPhone Contract takes effect immediately and will apply until the expiration of the new iPhone Contract.
2.3.2 If Customer has an existing contract of FUP Unlimited Data Plan stacks a new iPhone Contract, Customer is required to sign a new contract for FUP Unlimited Data Plan. The monthly fee of new FUP Unlimited Data Plan specified in the Sales and Services Agreement takes effect simultaneously when the new iPhone Contract commences and will apply until the expiration of the Term.
2.3.3 (If applicable) If the Customer has a Multi-SIM Plan under an unexpired Previous Contract Term stacks a new iPhone Contract, the monthly fee and service entitlement under the unexpired Previous Contract Term will be superseded and replaced by the monthly fee and service entitlement of the prevailing Multi-SIM Plan at the time of the stacking of the new iPhone Contract (“New Multi-SIM Plan”). The New Multi-SIM Plan shall take effect simultaneously when the new iPhone Contract commences and will apply until the expiration of the Previous Contract Term of the Multi-SIM Plan.

a) the Service Plan (“Specified Service Plan”) specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or a service plan with monthly fee above the Service Plan amount specified in the Supplemental Agreement to Sales and Agreement (not applicable to SIM Only service plan & SuperCare Unbundled Smartphone PlanServices Agreement); and and
b) any of the services (“Selected Services”) specified in the Company’s web site “Terms and Conditions” relating to this offer and the aggregate monthly fee (after deduction of any rebate) of such Selected Services is equal to or above the amount specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (if applicable); or.
b) A Service Plan within 2.2 The Customer shall use Credit Card auto pay to settle the “iPhone SuperCare Smartphone Plans” (applicable to upgrade to a higher monthly fee during the Term) as specified in the Company’s web site “Terms and Conditions” relating to this plan group.
2.2 2.3 All local data and voice usage will be shared between all SIM Cards under the Specified Service Plan. The accumulated usage of all SIM Cards will be counted towards the usage of the Specified Service Plan.
2.4 Applicable to the Service Plan with specified data usage
2.2.1 Whenever : The Customer with the registered mobile number of the Specified Service Plan (“User of Registered Number”) can authorise all other mobile numbers under the same plan to purchase an additional local data usage (“Top Up”). Whenever the accumulated local usage of the Customer all SIM cards under the relevant Specified Service Plan nearly reaches the specified local data usage (“Specified Data Usage”) the Company will notify send an SMS notification to the Customer by SMSUser of Registered Number, and other plan users who are authorized to purchase a Top Up. The Customer Users may by return SMS purchase a top-up Top Up at the charge as specified in the SMS received. The Company will treat the first SMS reply received (“as purchase confirmation and the Top Up”)Up local data purchased will be shared between all SIM cards under the Specified Service Plan. If the Customer does not wish to purchase the no Top UpUp is purchased, local data service under the relevant Specified Service Plan will be automatically suspended when the accumulated data usage of all XXXx has reached the Specified Data Usage. The Customer Users may purchase the a Top Up at that time or wait until the beginning of the next bill month for the new Specified Data Usage allowance under the relevant Service Plan. Any unused top-up Top Up local mobile data can be carried forward for free and can be used before the end of the next bill month. This is only applicable to designated service plans (1GB or above) with an “Advise & Consent” mechanism for the purchase of top-up Top Up data.
2.2.2 Where 2.5 The Account Holder is responsible for the Customer has registered more than one Specified Service Plan in an Account, the Company will notify Customer's primary service number (i.e. the first registered service number) by SMS whenever a Top Up is confirmed.
2.3 Applicable to Customer who stacks a new iPhone Contract:
2.3.1 Under Term (i.e. outstanding months under unexpired Previous Contract Term + iPhone Contract Term), and has complete financial responsibility for the monthly fee and entitlement of new iPhone Contract takes effect immediately and will apply until the expiration bill of the new iPhone Contract.
2.3.2 If Customer has an existing contract of FUP Unlimited Data Plan stacks a new iPhone Contract, Customer is required to sign a new contract for FUP Unlimited Data Plan. The monthly fee of new FUP Unlimited Data Plan specified in the Sales and Services Agreement takes effect simultaneously when the new iPhone Contract commences and will apply until the expiration of the Term.
2.3.3 (If applicable) If the Customer has a Multi-SIM Plan under an unexpired Previous Contract Term stacks a new iPhone Contract, the monthly fee and service entitlement under the unexpired Previous Contract Term will be superseded and replaced by the monthly fee and service entitlement of the prevailing Multi-SIM Plan at the time of the stacking of the new iPhone Contract (“New Multi-SIM Plan”). The New Multi-SIM Plan shall take effect simultaneously when the new iPhone Contract commences and will apply until the expiration of the Previous Contract Term of the Multi-SIM Specified Service Plan.

Should the Customer decline offer, and upon expiry of existing contract, the Customer will automatically be switched to a then prevailing comparable plan on non-contract basis that is specified from time to time.

a) the Service Plan specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or a service plan with monthly fee above the Service Plan amount specified in the Supplemental Agreement to Sales and Agreement (not applicable to SIM Only service plan & SuperCare Unbundled Smartphone PlanServices Agreement); and and
b) any of the services (“Selected Services”) specified in the Company’s web site “Terms and Conditions” relating to this offer and the aggregate monthly fee (after deduction of any rebate) of such Selected Services is equal to or above the amount specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (if applicable); or
b) A Service Plan within the “iPhone SuperCare Smartphone Plans” (applicable to upgrade to a higher monthly fee during the Term) as specified in the Company’s web site “Terms and Conditions” relating to this plan group.
2.2 All local data and voice usage will be shared between all SIM Cards under the Service Plan. The accumulated usage of all SIM Cards will be counted towards the usage of the Service Plan.
2.3 Applicable to the Service Plan with specified data usage
2.2.1 Whenever : The Customer with the registered mobile number of the Specified Service Plan (“User of Registered Number”) can authorise all other mobile numbers under the same plan to purchase an additional local data usage (“Top Up”). Whenever the accumulated local usage of the Customer all SIM cards under the relevant Specified Service Plan nearly reaches the specified local data usage (“Specified Data Usage”) the Company will notify send an SMS notification to the Customer by SMSUser of Registered Number, and other plan users who are authorized to purchase a Top Up. 2.2.2 Where 2.4 The Account Holder is responsible for the Customer has registered more than one Service Plan in an Account, and has complete financial responsibility for the Company will notify Customer's primary service number (i.e. monthly bill of the first registered service number) by SMS whenever a Top Up is confirmedService Plan.
2.3 2.5 Applicable to Customer who stacks a new iPhone SuperCare Smartphone Plans with Handset Subscription (“Smartphone Contract:”):
2.3.1 Under 2.5.1 During the Term (i.e. outstanding months under unexpired Previous Contract Term + iPhone Smartphone Contract Term), the monthly fee and service entitlement of new iPhone Smartphone Contract takes effect immediately and will apply until the expiration of the new iPhone Contract.
2.3.2 If Customer has an existing contract of FUP Unlimited Data Plan stacks a new iPhone Contract, Customer is required to sign a new contract for FUP Unlimited Data Plan. The monthly fee of new FUP Unlimited Data Plan specified in the Sales and Services Agreement takes effect simultaneously when the new iPhone Contract commences and will apply until the expiration of the Term.
2.3.3 (If applicable) If the Customer has a Multi-SIM Plan under an unexpired Previous Contract Term stacks a new iPhone Contract, the monthly fee and service entitlement under the unexpired Previous Contract Term will be superseded and replaced by the monthly fee and service entitlement of the prevailing Multi-SIM Plan at the time of the stacking of the new iPhone Contract (“New Multi-SIM Plan”). 2.6 The New Multi-SIM Plan shall take effect simultaneously when the new iPhone Contract commences and will apply until the expiration of the Previous Contract Term of the Multi-SIM Plan.

2.10 The Customer shall use Credit Card auto pay to settle the monthly fee during the Term. .
2.11 If the Customer does not settle his monthly payment by credit card autopay or uses a 3rd party credit card for payment, a prepayment of designated amount is required (if applicableFor designated iPhone model)).

If the Customer does not wish to purchase the Top Up, local data service under the relevant Service Plan will be automatically suspended when the Customer’s data usage has reached reaches the Specified Data Usage. 2.11 Non-Credit Card Autopay Prepayment (if applicable)
2.11.1 For Customer who does not settle his monthly payment by credit card autopay, if customers opt for FUP unlimited data, in addition a prepayment of designated amount is required. The prepayment amount varies according to the above conditions, iPhone model selected by the plan Customer and is specified in the Sales and Services Agreement. Refund of the prepayment will also not applicable be credited to other connected devices (including but not limited to USB modem / pocket wi-fi / TV box)the Customer during the Term.

a) if the Customer does not settle his monthly payment by cancels credit card autopay; or

2.2.1 Whenever the local data usage of the Customer under the relevant Service Plan nearly reaches the specified local data usage (“Specified Data Usage”) the Company will notify the Customer by SMSSMS of his data consumption. The Customer may by return SMS purchase a top-up of 200MB at the charge as specified in the SMS received $40 for service plan with below 6GB data usage or 1GB at $100 for service plan with 6GB or above data usage (“Top Up”)) for usage of data for the remaining period of that month. If the Customer does not wish to purchase the Top Up, local data service under the relevant Service Plan will be automatically suspended when the Customer’s data usage has reached reaches the Specified Data Usage. The Customer may purchase the Top Up at that time or wait until the beginning of the next monthly bill month for the new Specified Data Usage allowance under the relevant Service Plan. Any unused top-up local mobile data can be carried forward for free and can be used before the end of the next bill month. This is only applicable to designated service plans (1GB or above) with an “Advise & Consent” mechanism for the purchase of top-up data.
2.2.2 Where the Customer has registered more than one Service Plan in an Account, the Company will notify Customer's primary service number (i.e. the first registered service number) by SMS whenever a Top Up is confirmed.
2.3 Applicable to Customer who stacks a new iPhone Contract:
2.3.1 Under Term (i.e. outstanding months under unexpired Previous Contract Term + iPhone Contract Term), the monthly fee and entitlement of new iPhone Contract takes effect immediately and will apply until the expiration of the new iPhone Contract.
2.3.2 If Customer has an existing contract of FUP Unlimited Data Plan stacks a new iPhone Contract, Customer is required to sign a new contract for FUP Unlimited Data Plan. The monthly fee of new FUP Unlimited Data Plan specified in the Sales and Services Agreement takes effect simultaneously when the new iPhone Contract commences and will apply until the expiration of the Term.
2.3.3 (If applicable) If the Customer has a Multi-SIM Plan under an unexpired Previous Contract Term stacks a new iPhone Contract, the monthly fee and service entitlement under the unexpired Previous Contract Term will be superseded and replaced by the monthly fee and service entitlement of the prevailing Multi-SIM Plan at the time of the stacking of the new iPhone Contract (“New Multi-SIM Plan”). The New Multi-SIM Plan shall take effect simultaneously when the new iPhone Contract commences and will apply until the expiration of the Previous Contract Term of the Multi-SIM Plan.

2.2.2 2.3.2 Where the Customer has registered more than one Service Plan in an Account, the Company will notify Customer's primary service number (i.e. the first registered service number) by SMS whenever a Top Up is confirmed.
2.3 2.4 Applicable to Customer who stacks a new iPhone SuperCare Smartphone Plans with Handset Subscription (“Smartphone Contract”):
2.3.1 Under 2.4.1 During the Term (i.e. outstanding months under unexpired Previous Contract Term + iPhone Smartphone Contract Term), the monthly fee and service entitlement of new iPhone Smartphone Contract takes effect immediately and will apply until the expiration of the new iPhone ContractTerm.
2.3.2 2.4.2 If Customer has an existing unexpired contract of FUP Unlimited Data Plan stacks a new iPhone Smartphone Contract, Customer is required can opt to sign a new contract for FUP Unlimited Data Plan. The monthly fee of the new FUP Unlimited Data Plan specified in the Sales and Services Agreement takes effect simultaneously when the new iPhone Smartphone Contract commences and will apply until the expiration of the Term.
2.3.3 (If applicable) 2.4.3 If the Customer has a Multi-SIM Plan under an unexpired Previous Contract Term stacks a new iPhone Smartphone Contract, the monthly fee and service entitlement under the unexpired Previous Contract Term will be superseded and replaced by the monthly fee and service entitlement of the prevailing Multi-SIM Plan at the time of the stacking of the new iPhone Smartphone Contract (“New Multi-SIM Plan”). The New Multi-SIM Plan shall take effect simultaneously when the new iPhone Smartphone Contract commences and will apply until the expiration of the Previous Contract Term of the Multi-SIM Plan.
2.4 2.5 This Service Plan is charged on a monthly basis. The monthly charges for the first month will be charged on a pro-rata basis from the service effective date to the first bill date. The monthly charges are payable in advance and non-refundable under whatever circumstances.
2.5 2.6 This Service Plan is not applicable to 2G phones / connected devices or any phones / connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network. However, if customers opt for FUP unlimited data, in addition to the above conditions, the plan will also not applicable to other connected devices (including but not limited to USB modem / pocket wi-fi / TV box).
2.6 2.7 The Customer of this Service Plan is entitled to the following quotas of Customer Smartphone & Tablet Offer detail Credit offer Credit Amount Wi-Fi Service Plan* full credit back during the Term.
2.7.1 Term WiFi Service monthly fee $60 *Quotas of Customer is required to register for WiFi service
2.7 If the Customer does not notify the Company of termination of the WiFi services specified above prior to the expiry of Smartphone & Tablet Offer during the Term, the Company shall automatically charge the
2.7.2 Unused quotas of Customer for the free services specified above at the prevailing monthly fee Smartphone & Tablet Offer will be forfeited after the expiry end of the Term.
2.8 The Customer shall use Credit Card auto pay to settle monthly fee during the Term. If the Customer does not settle his monthly payment by credit card autopay or uses a 3rd party credit card for payment, a prepayment is required (if applicable).

Service Plan. 2.1 The Customer shall use the following applicable Service Plan and services during the Term:
a) the Service Plan specified in the Sales and Services Agreement or a service plan with monthly fee above the Service Plan amount specified in the Sales and Agreement (not applicable to SIM Only service plan & SuperCare Unbundled Smartphone Plan); and any of the services (“Selected Services”) specified in the Company’s web site “Terms and Conditions” relating to this offer and the aggregate monthly fee (after deduction of any rebate) of such Selected Services is equal to or above the amount specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (if applicable); or
b) A Service Plan within the “iPhone SuperCare Smartphone PlansPlans – Group 1” (applicable to upgrade to a higher monthly fee during the Term) as specified in the Company’s web site “Terms and Conditions” relating to this plan group.
2.2 The Customer shall use Credit Card auto pay to settle the monthly fee during the Term.
2.3 Service Plan with specified data usage.
2.2.1 2.3.1 Whenever the local data usage of the Customer under the relevant Service Plan nearly reaches the specified local data usage (“Specified Data Usage”) the Company will notify the Customer by SMSSMS of his data consumption. The Customer may by return SMS purchase a top-up of 200MB at the charge as specified in the SMS received $40 for service plan with below 6GB data usage or 1GB at $100 for service plan with 6GB or above data usage (“Top Up”)) for usage of data for the remaining period of that month. If the Customer does not wish to purchase the Top Up, local data service under the relevant Service Plan will be automatically suspended when the Customer’s data usage has reached reaches the Specified Data Usage. The Customer may purchase the Top Up at that time or wait until the beginning of the next monthly bill month for the new Specified Data Usage allowance under the relevant Service Plan. Any unused top-up local mobile data can be carried forward for free and can be used before the end of the next bill month.
