Service Preparation. Promptly upon the partiesexecution of this Agreement and the Statement of Work, Supplier will take all steps necessary to make the Services procured thereunder ready and available for the University’s use in accordance with the Statement of Work and this Agreement, including any applicable milestone date or dates set forth in the Statement of Work.
