Common use of Service Provider Responsibility for DIR Information Clause in Contracts

Service Provider Responsibility for DIR Information. To the extent requested by DIR, Service Provider shall comply with DIR litigation response plan, including policies and procedures to prepare for and respond to discovery requests, subpoenas, investigatory demands, and other requirements for information related to legal and regulatory proceedings, as such plan may be revised from time to time, including preparing for and complying with requirements for preservation and production of data in connection with legal and regulatory proceedings and government investigations. Upon receipt of any request, demand, notice, subpoena, order or other legal information request relating to legal proceedings or investigations by third parties relating to any Materials, DIR Confidential Information or related Systems in Service Provider's possession, Service Provider shall immediately notify DIR and provide DIR with a copy of all documentation of such legal information request, to the extent Service Provider legally may do so and shall cooperate with DIR in responding to such request, demand, notice, subpoena, order or other legal information request.
