Service Record and Disciplinary Summary. Upon request, the Company will review with an employee his service record and disciplinary summary. a) The Company agrees to advise the Unit Chairman in writing of any employee within the bargaining unit who is disciplined by letter. b) An employee may request to meet with and have in attendance a Union representative, if one is available, to act solely as a witness at any meeting with a member of Management wherein formal discipline is to be given.
